FDE Talks
The podcast on forward deployed AI engineering: conversations with the people who take AI systems from demo to deployment.
Listen to FDE Talks →An invite-only dinner in Boston for the people who take AI systems from demo to deployment. No stage, no slides, no pitch. One table, one conversation, and the war stories that never make it into a talk. Dinner, among people who have shipped.
The Boston meetup is public and built around talks. The Field Lab is public and built around code. The FDE Circle is neither. It is a small dinner, off the record, where forward deployed practitioners compare notes on the work that usually stays behind an NDA: what broke in the client environment, where the model belonged and where it did not, what the customer actually accepted, and what it cost to get there.
The circle stays small by design. It only works when everyone in it has shipped something and can say what really happened.
The common thread is delivery: you are accountable for an AI system working in someone else's environment, under their constraints.
There is no public RSVP. Email us a line about what you are deploying and where, and we will add you to the list. Invites go out ahead of time with the date and venue.
Invites go to the list first. Subscribers get the events, the recaps, and the production lessons behind them.
